1. THE MAIN CONDITION of acceptance of any booking is that good care is taken of the property and contents, and it is left clean & tidy. This care is to include all utensils, crockery, equipment and linen etc.
While you may not necessarily be charged for minor items you will be charged for damage of polished surfaces and major items. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that sunshades and brolleys are not damaged by wind.
2. HOLIDAYS start from 3.30p.m. on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 10.00a.m on the day of departure.
3. A DEPOSIT of 25% is payable on booking. BALANCE IS DUE NOT LATER THAN 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF THE HOLIDAY. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the holiday being re-offered for sale. Where a booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival the FULL RENTAL IS PAYABLE WHEN BOOKING.
4. FOLLOWING receipt of the booking form and deposit you will be sent confirmation of booking and you are then responsible for the balance of the rental, which is due not less than 6 weeks prior to holiday date. Where payment is not made by the due date the holiday may be re-offered for sale.
5. THE PROPERTY is offered only on the understanding that no more than the MAXIMUM NUMER OF PEOPLE indicated on the booking form shall use it.
6. IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY to exercise due caution and responsibility whilst in and around pool/terrace areas as the owners accept no responsibility.
7. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that all members of the party are adequately insured.
8. NO LIABILITY is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained during the holiday to the Tenant or any member of the party or any invited person, or any car or its contents, or any possession of the Tenant or any member of the party as defined above.
9. EQUIPMENT – The property is equipped with sufficient crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, dining and easy chairs, beds & bedding for the standard number of people indicated.
10. TELEVISION is received via satellite or cable. Whilst some English programmes are available we can make no guarantee of the channels you can watch.
11. ELECTRICITY is normally included with the exception of longer terms.
12. SHOULD THERE BE ANY CAUSE FOR COMPLAINT, or accidental damage, this must be reported to the owners or agent immediately, otherwise the matter cannot be fully investigated. IT IS TOO LATE TO REPORT AFTER THE HOLIDAY.
